We are available by appointment if you need assistance outside normal business hours. If you contact us, we can always schedule a convenient time to meet with you. Also, check our Events for opportunities to visit our showroom for major sales and promotions.

Shipping:

All product is shipped via United States Postal Service. Most items will ship within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Orders received after 2:00pm will be processed next business day. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery if we do not have inventory in stock.

Pickup and Local Delivery:

You can pickup your order during regular store hours.

For orders over $200 we will deliver locally in Peoria, Illinois and surrounding counties.  

Returns:

All products are sold on a non-refundable basis unless damaged or defective. Returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). DO NOT return an item to us without the RA#. To return an item, you may contact us via phone (309)222-8544 or email [email protected] and request a RA#. You must include your name, phone number, original order number, and order date in your request.

Any claims for damages, shortages, or defective merchandise must be reported within 30 days of receipt of order. Any claims older than 30 days will not be honored. 

Group Discounts:

Educatees provides up to 10% discounts on all order quantities of 120 pieces or more. Please contact [email protected] for more details.

Fundraisers:

Educatees sponsors fundraisers for schools, childcare centers, churches, and non-profit organizations. Participating organizations can receive up to 10% of all sales to their oganization. Please contact [email protected] for more information.

Charities:

Educatees donates up to 10% of all net sales to SWAN National Women's Network or another local charity.
